Summer respite reprise: A rebroadcast of our live in-studio performance with The Mad Tea Party - ukulele player, banjo picker, singer, and songwriter Ami Worthen and master of fiddle, electric guitar, tenor banjo, kazoo, slide whistle, horns, and noisemakers, Jason Krekel. This Asheville, NC band plays timeless original songs as well as novelty music from the 1920s and 1930s. Cool and breezy music to cool your hot summer afternoon. Also on the show between 2 and 6 PM: "What's Goin' On?" (our call-in community calendar), Bob Balogh's "Report from the Berkshires" and Dr. Michael Stone will review recent recordings from Belize.
