Counterpoint, hosted by Scott Harris heard every Monday at 8 pm Tonight's guests: 1) Nate Cordozo, Open Government Legal Fellow with the Electronic Frontier Foundation talks about his group's Freedom of Information lawsuit against the CIA and other U.S. intelligence agencies demanding they turn over documents related to their activities which broke the law. 2) Lisa Sullivan, Latin America Coordinator with School of the America's Watch discusses the relationship between the U.S. Army's Latin American military training school and the coup plotters now in power in Honduras. 3) David Kairys, professor of Constitutional Law at Temple University Law School, comments on the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice nominee Judge Sonia Sotomayor -- and the larger issues uncovered in the recent confrontation between Henry Louis Gates Jr., chairman of Harvard University's African- American-studies department and a Cambridge, Mass. police officer. 4) A representative of the Universal Health Care Foundation of CT, explains the next steps in implementing the "Sustinet" universal health care legislation, which the CT State House and Senate recently passed, overriding a veto by CT Governor Jody Rell.
