- Henry Lowendorf, chair of the Greater New Haven Peace Council, talks about the upcoming conference, "Fulfilling the Promise: The Universal Declaration at 60," which is commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The gathering, Saturday, Dec. 6th - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, will feature a keynote speech by Rep. John Conyers Jr. of Michigan.
